What is one of the perks to having a sister (other than having a best friend for life)? Getting to share clothes, of course! I stole (well, borrowed but I plan on never giving them back) five skirts from my sister last weekend. And this skirt happens to be one of them. Don't you just love it? I'm trying to convince my sister that she should just give it to me but haven't had much luck yet. I'm thinking that if everyone comments telling her that she needs to give it to me, she might give in to peer pressure. So come on, help a gal out and convince my sister that this skirt should be mine :)

Personally I think she should give it to ME, but I will graciously let you have it :)
ReplyDeleteHaha! This made me chuckle!
DeleteThat skirt is so darling! I love the way you styled it, so effortlessly chic!
ReplyDeleteLove how you paired it with the contrasting red belt! My sister and I are not the same size so we've never been able to swap clothes :( Have a great weekend, Kacie!

LOVE that perk of having a sis!!! My sis and I share EVERYTHING and it's so fabulous... like having 2 wardrobes. And yes, your sis should totally cave and give you the skirt :) Hope she does.. it's so adorable!

That's a good idea...the problem is I want it all for myself! 3 months just isn't long enough. lol. At least she lets me borrow it :)
DeleteThat skirt is fab. Your sis should give it to you. You're seriously doing it good.

ReplyDeleteCome on Kacie's sister, this skirt fits like a glove on Kacie so please give it to her... LOL! I have a sister too but she lives in Brazil... she will be coming over for a visit in December... you might need to return me the favor and chanting some bagging to her (I'm always trying to keep her cute clothes too!)
ReplyDeleteLove the stripes with the red belt!
Monica from Fashion Koketi
Thanks for the help! She's still not budging though. lol. Darn it!
DeleteI hope you have better luck keeping your sisters clothes than I'm having!
DeleteI guess my luck is the same as yours... none!
DeleteSo jealous! My sister's 10 years younger than me, and she's just barely starting to really grow, so naturally I take advantage of that by trying to squeeze into anything of hers that might remotely fit me. Sometimes I have a lot more success than I think I'll have :)
ReplyDeleteAnyway, just found your blog. It's adorable (is that weird to say? I've only read a few posts so far.) I'm excited to be your newest follower :)

My sisters and I have completely polar tastes otherwise I'd do the same as well! I love that skirt, soft yellow and grey has always been one of my favourite colour combos!
ReplyDeleteAlex xo

Yellow and grey is a great color combo! I wish I could share clothes with my sis. But we are nowhere near the same size! It's mostly due to the fact that she is 6'2' and I'm 5'8". And she's my younger sister! I don't know how that happened. haha...

so pretty :)

So, jelly! I adore this skirt. My sis is my best friend too, but there is no sharing of clothing. Living 2,000 miles apart prevents that from happening.

I bought a striped mid-length skirt like that not long ago, and haven't gotten to wear it yet! I might have to wait until it's cooler out so I can wear it with tights (it's a different color scheme). Still, excited to wear it!
